We’ll dig and seek to understand into everything from planes of movement, anatomical terms and the parts of the musculoskeletal system that are vital for our work in Pilates, yoga, personal training, dance…movement! You’ll be a much more confident teacher if you can “see under the skin” and understand a bit of what is and isn’t happening!

We’ll use my proven techniques of understanding all of this! And…we’ll make it fun! Yes! It can be fun!
