In this workshop/webinar, we’ll discuss what stretching really is, what really increases range of motion and relieves muscular tension and why what you’ve been doing doesn’t work. AND…then we’ll work on what DOES work! We’ll apply this to Pilates, but, of course, this is applicable to all modalities!
