The Vertical Workshop teaching methodology that provides teachers the most effective means to help their clients achieve their physical goals in Pilates. In this Mat Seminar, you learn the foundation of that teaching methodology practicing on the Mat exercises in an All Levels format. The tools in this method of teaching are truly how all great teachers of anything teach, if we break down what they do. Of course, we have our own twists in The Vertical Workshop…and we want to share those twists with you! Join us in th emost effective style of teaching! Use it on any style of Pilates: classical, contemporary or therapeutic. Adapt it to any teaching…of anything.

The schedule:
Friday: 4-8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10-5pm (with a 1 hour break)
