And then what about your clients? How do we progress them appropriately? Let’s delve into the different aspects of these exercises that connect them to each other from the articulation and dynamic stabilization of joints to progressions in teaching and learning. The full rate is $175.
If you can pay $175, please do.
However, if that is a strain for you, then you are welcome to pay anywhere between $100-175 with no judgement from me. I want you to be able to have the best Pilates at a fee that is possible.
