Living in different countries or across the USA must not keep us from working together! You can have a mat or a full studio of apparatus, and we can do semi-privates, too.

Every live streaming class we’ve done for years and the ones we will do in the future are recorded and available for you to work with! Workout at the best time for you! Study the classes and use them to guide your own work.
