Let’s delve into 2 common issues: Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. If we study the physical biomechanics and functional anatomy of these issues, we can really discover what to do and what not to do for both conditions. In many, but not all cases, these ailments can be reversed simply by making the appropriate internal connections. But what are those connections? In what order? How much? And why not what I’ve been told before? And it’s good to note that sometimes these issues occur together and sometimes separately. And… conditions occur in men, too. More often than you’d think.
