A Pilates Place is a cooperative studio includingActive Pilates, Kimmotion Pilates and Pilates on the Bay!

They’re offering several different ways to enjoy the weekend! 

You can register for the FULL WEEKEND (14 NPCP CECs) come for a SINGLE DAY (7 NPCP CECs) or PICK AND CHOOSE your workshops (see CEC listing below). ​

Friday:
Semi-Privates: 2, 3, 4pm

Saturday:
9:00  Thematic group mat class (1 NPCP CEC)
10:30 - 1:30  A Fight for the Ages: Stability vs. Mobility (3 NPCP CECs)
2:30 - 5:30  Archival Exercises: Beyond the Everyday (3 NPCP CECs)

Sunday: 
9:00  Thematic group mat class (1 NPCP CEC)
10:30  1:30 Opposition: The Key to Stability (3 NPCP CECs)
2:30 - 5:30  Why Can't I Do This Exercise? (3 NPCP CECs)
