Why are some Pilates workouts exciting and some are boring? What makes the difference? Many things, in truth, but one of them is how you use your voice!

Pilates-speak is different than regular talking. You’ve got to imbue your teaching with the energy of the workout in a way that is truly supportive and energetic. You need to be able to keep your group moving together in a flowing manner from one movement to the next, one repetition to the next and one exercise to the next. You’ve got to cue your clients with information that will help them!

How do you energize and cue and keep everyone moving? That’s what this workshop is all about! The Music of Pilates is what you need. It’s not a something that comes streaming out of the speakers…it’s something that comes streaming out of your mouth. Each exercise has its own rhythm and tempo/speed…and different energy! There’s a way to teach that makes everything pop. Your sessions and classes will come alive and stay alive!

A Zoom link will be sent out 12 hours before the training once registration closes from Club Pilates, not from Shari/TVW.

Recordings will be available to registered participants for two weeks after the live workshop. Make sure you register to receive the recording! You will still be eligible to receive CEC's but will have to take a quiz to prove participation via the recording route. Again, all will come from Club Pilates, not Shari/TVW
